He looks straight at you, calm, proud, utterly magnificent.
And he is burned entirely by hand into a beautiful piece of rustic wood.
Dawn saw him in the grain before a single mark was made.
That is her gift, working on a naturally shaped piece of pale, golden wood with its wonderfully irregular edges, she has created a stag portrait of remarkable depth and detail.
Every strand of his coat, every tine of his antlers, the quiet intelligence in those dark eyes - all drawn with flame and extraordinary skill.
Rustic, warm and full of character, this is a piece that will bring a little piece of the wild into any home.
Completely unique.
No two pieces are ever identical.
Handcrafted with love in the beautiful East Riding of Yorkshire in the UK, just for you.
