Dawn looks at a piece of wood and sees something no one else would.
Here, in a beautiful natural slice of timber, complete with its original bark edges still intact, she saw a rabbit.
And what a rabbit. Hand-burned with the most extraordinary patience and precision, every strand of fur, every delicate whisker, every depth of that dark, soulful eye has been coaxed from the wood with fire and an artist's touch that simply takes your breath away.
The natural shape and warm golden tones of the wood become part of the artwork itself.
No frame needed. No backing board. Just wood and Dawn's remarkable gift.
Completely unique.
No two pieces are ever identical. Handcrafted with love in the UK, just for you.
