Pumpkin Spice AND Everything Nice - and this piece is exactly that.
Dawn has hand-burned this utterly charming circular wooden wall plaque with the most beautiful autumnal scene.
Flowing hand-lettered script reading Pumpkin Spice AND Everything Nice curving across the top, with the cosiest illustration below.
Plump pumpkins of different sizes nestled amongst tumbling autumn leaves, a rustic wooden log, delicate botanical sprigs and berries, and the sweetest little dotted heart, all burned entirely by hand into warm golden wood.
Every pumpkin rib, every leaf vein, every curl of every letter burned one by one, with fire.
And then the border - a hand-cut leaf edge frames the entire circular plaque, individual leaf shapes cut into the wood and surrounding the whole scene like a wreath.
It is the kind of finishing detail that makes you look twice, and then a third time.
Hang it in your kitchen, your hallway, your sitting room.
Bring it out every autumn and it will feel like a hug every single time.
No laser could ever create this. What you are looking at is the result of years of skill, patience and an extraordinary human hand - true traditional pyrography, where every shadow, every curve and every tiny detail is felt as much as it is drawn. This is the art form in its purest form.
Completely one of a kind. No two pieces are ever identical.
