There is a little cottage in this piece that feels like somewhere you have always wanted to live.
Dawn has hand-burned this beautiful wall plaque with the most enchanting thatched cottage scene.
A winding stone path with lots of steps leading up through tumbling wild cottage garden planting to an arched stone doorway, a lantern glowing beside it, a porch lean-to to the side, a round porthole window nestled into the thatched roof, birds lifting from the branches of a magnificent billowing tree.
Every blade of grass, every stone, every shadow burned entirely by hand into the warm golden wood.
Below the cottage, in charming hand-lettered style: ♥ HOME SWEET HOME ♥.
The plaque hangs ready on rustic jute twine - no frame needed, no fussing. Just find your wall and fall in love with it.
No laser could ever create this, what you are looking at is the result of years of skill, patience and an extraordinary human hand - true traditional pyrography, where every shadow, every curve and every tiny detail is felt as much as it is drawn.
This is the art form in its purest form.
Completely one of a kind. No two pieces are ever identical.
