Three stems, a handful of the most jewel-like blooms you have ever seen and a little piece of the most extraordinary magic, captured forever in glass. 🌺✨
This utterly enchanting fused glass tile is lovingly handcrafted by Viki, one of our extraordinarily talented Clayful Thoughts Crafter's Corner makers.
Viki's fused glass work is genuinely like nothing else - each piece a miniature masterpiece of skill, artistry and the most extraordinary detail and this delicate, luminous piece is pure botanical poetry.
"In Bloom" is a tall, slender clear glass tile that feels almost like looking through a window into a secret garden.
Three graceful stems rise from a lush meadow of lime green and cream glass at the base - each one a deep, glossy forest green, curving and arching with the most natural elegance.
Strung along each stem, like little jewels on a necklace, the most vivid scarlet-orange teardrop blooms - red snowdrops in full display, each one a raised glass bead glowing with colour and depth.
The whole clear ground is scattered with tiny dots of lime and forest green floating like seeds on the breeze, giving the whole piece a wonderful sense of lightness and movement. The clarity of the glass lets the light pour through, making every stem, every bloom and every tiny detail glow from within. 🌿
From the side, you can see just how much craft has gone into this piece - the stems and blooms are built up in layers within the glass itself, fused and fired until they become part of the tile forever. It is genuinely breathtaking to look at up close.
The glass sits in a beautifully crafted natural pine wooden stand, ready to display the moment it arrives.
This is a one-of-a-kind piece. Once it's gone, it's gone - there will never be another quite like it.
A truly beautiful gift for anyone who loves flowers, nature and the most extraordinary handcrafted art - or a quietly magical treat for your own home. ✨
